Potomac River Baptist Association Pastors and Members,

It is with a humble and joyful heart to serve as the 18th Moderator. I'm grateful the Lord has imparted a vision for the Association during my leadership tenor. We are undoubtably living in unprecedented times and can often feel isolated, but I declare that we are ONE and the impact of our fellowship will continue to meet the needs of our communities, churches, families and even new believers. Given this, I am excited as we embrace cohesion, synergy, and expansion over the next four years. Let us plan, work, grow, manage, and build together.

Serving the Lord as ONE, we will be:

O – Organizing

• Galvanize Families - Men, Women, Youth, and Young Adults
• Tackle the Digital Divide
• Define our 4-year Plan
  • Establish Partnerships
  • Identify and Mitigate risks
  • Forecast Financial Health

N – Networking

• Enhance our Missions Department and Broaden our Reach --- Missional minded through partnerships with various programs/organizations for Local, National and International missions (e.g., St Jude, DonorsChoose, Lifestyles, etc.)
• Emphasize and enhance Education and Training (delivery methods and innovative subjects)

E - Evangelizing

• Bringing the Truth to all through Modernized Ministry strategies that focus on navigating the Association into a secure and digital-age while simultaneously savoring the rich history of traditional worship/ministry (discipleship and evangelism in a digital platform)
• Collaboration with Youth Departments (STEM Programs, Retreats, Chat N' Chews)
